ORDER PROCESS

1. Fill out the form given on the post or by the seller.

2. After filling out the form, kindly wait for the invoice that will be sent to you through email, which contains order summary and payment details.

 

PAYMENT PROCESS

1. Check the amount and payment details on the invoice sent to you.

2. After paying your item/s you can also see the payment form on the invoice.

3. Fill it out then wait for the payment confirmation.

SHIPMENT PROCESS

​

1. Once your items are on hand, the seller will send you a link (for shopee checkout) or shipping form (for direct couriers) through your email. 

2. For shopee checkout:

• Click the link provided and put the voucher code given to you under the shop voucher, not under ‘shopee’ voucher, to have a discount on the amount declared.

• If you see ‘buy with voucher’ once you click the shopee link you can click it to automatically lessen the amount declared and you don’t need to do anything.

• After you see the amount of the item decreased you can proceed to place an order. 

• The price shown that you're going to pay is your shipping fee and the packaging fee

3. For direct couriers:

• Shipping fee, shipping form and payment details will be sent through your email.

• Fill out the form after paying the shipping fee.

• If you want to change your mode of delivery, kindly message the seller.

• If you still don’t want your item/s to be shipped, kindly message the seller when you would want to ship your item/s. 

4. For Lalamove, the seller will contact you before shipping the items to your given address.
