1. Do not fill-out if you’re not 200% sure to purchase.

2. Put correct and complete details in the form to avoid conflicts.

3. If you wish to cancel your order you should pay 50% from your total amount purchase for the cancellation fee if the item is already secured with the supplier, website, etc. 

​

4. No refunds for all items, we only do refunds for items that are already out of stock from the supplier.

​

5. If payment does not happen on the said date, late payment fees will be applied PHP 50 per day. If items are still unpaid after 2 weeks of the deadline of payment it will automatically be canceled and you will be reported as a bogus buyer or joy reserver.

6. 50% down payment required to secure. 

​

7. We are not liable to such instances beyond our control (e.g. manufacturing defect, outbox dents)

8. For minors we will be requesting for parent's consent kindly keep in touch with us for further details.

9. Personal details will be kept confidential unless the buyer neglected the rules that lead him/her to be a bogus/joy reserver; his/ her personal information will be disclosed for awareness.

10. If items are unclaimed after 2 years regardless if items are paid. You will not be able to reclaim it after the said period.
